Kampala Corporate Women Cooperative Limited (KCW SACCO) was formed in May 2019 by Rebecca Irene Nassuuna, who had earlier started a support group of women called Brave Mum Haven (BMH). One of BMH’s objectives was to empower its members to achieve financial independence and promote their social-economic well being. At registration, the SACCO transitioned into KCW SACCO. A year into its existence the SACCO had grown to over 100 members comprising women, men & children, with the common vision of creating an institution that would become a legacy for their children’s children.

We continue the intent of our founders to be a sacco that instills pride in its communities. We are relevant and supportive corporate members of our towns. Our employees are active civic leaders, and the sacco participates in many local events and charitable causes.
