Winifred holds a BBA in Accounting from Nkumba University, a MSc in Finance & Accounting from London South Bank, UK and currently pursuing a PhD in Business Education. She works as a facilitator / trainer with Sinapis Group on the Aspire Launchpad Program.
As a facilitator, it is more than passing on knowledge and skills for her, because seeing people grow both spiritually and intellectually is where she thrives best. She is passionate about walking a holistic journey with her students in terms of seeing them grow, stretch their potential and see results at the end of the journey.
In addition, she serves as a training coordinator and CFO on call with KYUSA, which for over five years has lived and worked with entrepreneurs / SME right from ideation and conception to scaling their businesses.
As a business coach, she supports young businesses in their early stages to keep and maintain proper accounting records, the importance of financial discipline both personally and for the business. Seeing businesses become sustainable and able to sustain others along the way is her win.
