Know About me

Antonia is a trained accountant, business consultant, trainer and market researcher.

She is responsible for building and re-iterating the Jibu franchise system i.e. standards, SoPs, training and enforcement.

She also coaches the Jibu Area Master Franchisees through the discovery process, contracting as well as navigating the operations of setting up and developing the Jibu brand and franchising business in a new market.

Antonia started her career with a Ministry of Finance Project, Microfinance Outreach Plan, whose objective was to enhance financial inclusion of Uganda’s unbanked rural population. She later moved to the private sector, working with a business consulting firm, that was the main implementing partner for the Project. We supported a couple of informal microfinance institutions to transform into regulated ones as well as developed capacity of SACCOs to build systems that ensure safety of member deposits and loan repayments. She then moved to Ipsos, to experience the research world and support businesses to thrive through data and actionable insights.

Antonia is the vice chairperson of Kampala Corporate Women Savings and Credit Corporative (SACCO).

Antonia holds Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), an International MBA and A PGD in Microfinance She is born and bred in Uganda, the country with the best average weather in the world: the Pearl of Africa.
